What is the Short Stack Strategy?

Poker without strategy is like riding a bicycle in the city center while wearing a blindfold during rush hour. You simply won\’t get very far. It doesn\’t matter if it\’s only down the road or to the next burger shop around the corner, in the end you\’ll fall flat on your face.
